About Me
I am a Cornwall-based photographer and filmmaker with a deep passion for creative storytelling. While I work across a diverse range of subjects, my craft has been primarily shaped by landscape photography — exploring new perspectives, working with light and shadow, and reimagining familiar scenes with a distinctive, dramatic style.
My journey began in 2017 when I entered an amateur competition and won Best Autumn Shot at Westonbirt Arboretum. That early recognition gave me the confidence to pursue photography seriously and marked the beginning of what has become a lifelong passion. Since then, I’ve embraced the outdoors not just as a subject, but as a way of life — planning locations, studying alignments, and welcoming the unpredictability that makes each image unique.
Creativity has always been central to who I am. From childhood art to performing in rock bands in my twenties, I’ve continually been drawn to expressive forms of storytelling. That background now influences both my photography and filmmaking, giving my work a cinematic edge and emotional depth.
I’ve never wanted to be confined to one genre or environment. Instead, I continue to explore, refine, and evolve — allowing a consistent visual identity to emerge naturally across my work.
At its heart, my objective is simple: to create images and films that bring a sense of peace — both to the viewer and to myself — through a deep connection with nature.
